Our Featured Project

Our most recent addition is the Terrace9 development in the historic 
Clarksville neighborhood of west-downtown Austin.  Terrace9 is a condominium conversion which highlights our aspiration to innovate through development and construction; not only via pleasing aesthetics, but through sound planning for the sake of building community.

HessinFreeman provided services commencing at the market research stage and concluding at the general contracting stage.  Terrace9 is scheduled to be complete in September 2007.
